We agree to advise ALC if the administration of the PSS Program in relation to the patrol hours and months differs with what is set out above or our regular patrol hours. Otherwise, we agree to the administration as outlined above. We also agree to adhere wholly to this Operations Schedule as specified at the time of completing this form. We acknowledge that it is under these specified conditions that sponsorship will be sourced.
To ensure good management of the Program, you will receive 75% of your applicable donation on successful launch of the Program. The balance of 25% will be paid to you if no more than three (3) times during the times stated above, the umbrellas, as part of the Program kit, are forgotten to be put out or not managed as per this Operations Schedule, with the exception of inclement weather.
If you have indicated YES to having an A4 flag attached to each umbrella we will need an electronic copy of your Club’s logo. The flag will display your Club’s name and logo.
